Warmech - Final Fantasy. Regen (リジェネ, Rijene?) is a recurring status effect that constantly restores HP at a set interval. Ultima is used through Twincast by Cecil and Rosa. FF8 Ultima Weapon (the ones in FF7 and FF10 don't even count, let's be real), FF8 Omega Weapon (without Aura/invincible/The End), Hades, Ozma (Quale and Tantarian don't count either), FF10. Ozma is a superboss in Final Fantasy IX.
